MCI THE DOCTOR’s OFFICE™ is very happy to announce that we have been selected as the 2008 winner of the Consumer’s Choice Award for Business Excellence in our field of General Health and Medical Services. It is especially satisfying to receive this high honour as the choice was made not by a panel of judges but rather as a result of an independent survey of people who live in the general area where our 24 GTA clinics are located, stretching from Whitby in the east to Oakville in the west.
MCI THE DOCTOR’s OFFICE™ offers patients the option of long-term health monitoring by a family physician or the convenience of a readily available walk-in clinic. We also offer Occupational Health services to companies and organizations.
Since our foundation in 1986 we have striven to provide in the words of our president Jim Roy "compassionate, comprehensive and timely care" to the residents of the GTA and we gratefully take receipt of this award as an indication that we have met and hopefully even exceeded our goal.
Quality health care is a vital and complex component in the well-being of society as a whole and it takes team work to deliver this essential service. Our doctors, nurses, receptionists, clerical staff and management team do their utmost every day to live up to our mission statement " treat every patient with dignity, care, respect and enthusiasm".
